The program focuses on Zhu Dequn, the ethnic Chinese fellow of the Academy France.Zhu Dequn came to Paris by ship, the world capital of art, in 1955. He integrated western art into the eastern charm, which made his paintings unique and made him famous worldwide. In 1997, Zhu Dequn was elected to the French Academy. He was the first painter of Chinese origin to win the title of academician since the foundation of the French Academy more than two hundred years ago.
