The program focuses on Xu Jiang, the painter and dean of the China Academy of Art. In 1985, Xu Jiang graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the China Academy of Art. In 1988, he further his study at the Hamburg Academy of Fine Arts in Germany as a visiting scholar. In 2001, he became the dean of the China Academy of Art. His representative paintings include The Game of the Century and The Big City series.
