It is about Wang Shuizhao, an expert in Song Dynasty literature research, who misses the faculties and students of Peking University very much. Wang Shuizhao is the chief professor of Chinese Department of Fudan University and the president of the Chinese Song Dynasty Literature Society whose works include On the Literature of Tang and Song Dynasties, Su Shi's Essays and On the Literature of Song Dynasty. He tells about his compiling Chinese Literature History as a professor in the Chinese Department of Peking University in the 1950s.
