There are many kinds of dim sum in Shanghai, such as pan-fried steamed bun of Da Huchun, Nanxiang small steamed bun, Wangjiasha meat moon cake and Sheng’s Yipin pan-fried meat dumplings. From the early liberation to the 1980s and 1990s after the reform and opening up, the "four kinds of common Shanghai breakfast" have always played a leading role for Shanghai people.
