The video tracked and reported Huang Zhicheng’s visit in Shanghai in November 1981. Huang Zhicheng was the former Kuomintang Air Force majors and flight appraisers and the vice president of an aviation school of the People's Liberation Army Air Force currently. On November 17, Zhao Zukang, deputy mayor of Shanghai, and others warmly welcomed Comrade Huang Zhicheng, accompaning him to visit the former residence of Sun Yat-sen and paid tribute to the site of the first conference of the CPC. He also visited a number of factories, research institutes and the Fangua Alley in Zhabei District as well as the new resident villages and the nursery school. On November 21, the Shanghai CPPCC held a tea party to welcome Huang Zhicheng. On November 22, he met with youth representatives from all walks of life in Shanghai and exchanged ideas. He accepted an interview with our reporter before leaving on November 25. There were many scenes when they met with young representatives.
