To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a friendship city between Yokohama and Shanghai, the Yokohama Art Exhibition, hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture, and the Yokohama Municipal Government and the Yokohama Municipal Education Committee, was opened at the Shanghai Art Museum. Vice Mayor of Shanghai Yang Kai, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Song Richang, and Consul General of Japan in Shanghai attended the opening ceremony with Japanese guests.
